Zehnder's of Frankenmuth

The Friday Night Fish Fry continues every Friday through April 14th! All-you-can-eat Yellow Lake Perch and much more Friday night from 4 to 8:30 p.m. in Z Chef’s Cafe (located in the lower level of Zehnder’s Restaurant). The Friday Night Fish Fry will offer both the buffet and Cafe style on Friday night and a full bar. Prices for the all-you-can-eat buffet are adults – $18.95 per person, children are 6 to 11 – $10.50 per person and children 3 to 5 are $6.50 per person; under 3 are free.

Grill – Main Kitchen

 Assist in the powdering of perch and veal; additionally to help in the prep of any other food item as requested by the first cook on duty.  The proper stocking of the grill area coolers and freezers in anticipation if the expected daily needs as recorded on the production sheets.

Fryer

The daily set up of the fryer area; including turning on the deep fat fryers to proper temperature, making sure that exhaust fans are working properly, accumulation of pans and accessories needed for food storage, and turning on of warming units. Supplying the hot line area with proper amounts of fried chicken, sautéed livers, and mashed potatoes, in accordance to the recipes established by Zehnder’s and in the proper amounts as dictated by the volume of business.
