Drop Off Catering
Minimum 25 Guests
Food delivered at no charge to your location within a 10 mile radius of Frankenmuth,
11-25 miles - $25 charge, 26-50 miles - $50 charge,
over 50 miles there will be a per mile charge.
Disposable plastic knives/forks/spoons, heavy paper plates and paper napkins.
Food will be dropped off in disposable aluminum containers.
Does not include serving utensils, chafing dishes, tables or set-up staff.

 

Limited Service Catering
Minimum 25 Guests
Includes services provided with DROP OFF CATERING - PLUS:
Serving utensils, chafing dishes and buffet tables for food set-up.
Use of portable insulated units to keep hot food hot/cold food cold.
One Zehnder staff member will remain to service buffet and refill food, clean up of buffet table and return all Zehnder’s chafers, etc. back to restaurant.

DELUXE BUFFET SERVICES
Buffet and cake tables covered with linen, and decorated with skirting.
Uniformed staff will be on premises to set-up, maintain and clean up buffet.
Chafing dishes provided to maintain hot foods and will be continually replenished by staff.
Salads and side dishes will be displayed and kept chilled.
Chinet disposable dinner and salad plates are provided with the buffet along with plastic fork/knife/spoon, paper dinner napkins and foam cups.
Dessert plates are provided if menu requires.
