Zehnder's Rewards - What to expect in 2010 Zehnder's is excited to announce the new Zehnder's Rewards Program beginning February of 2010. We are combining our two most popular programs, Zehnder's Birthday Club and Zehnder Plus into one reward program. You will still receive all the benefits of the old Birthday Club and Zehnder Plus programs along with the new and exciting benefits that the Rewards Program has to offer. Zehnder's Rewards is an exclusive membership program designed to reward our loyal guests with exclusive offers. Rewards Members sign up online and provide their email address and basic profile information to receive exclusive rewards such as a complimentary birthday dinner, frequent buyer rewards and special offers. Membership is absolutely free. Members sign up online and can view transaction history, available rewards and profile information at any time from any computer with an Internet connection.

For those of you who are currently enrolled in Zehnder's Birthday Club and have redeemed your Birthday Certificate within the last (3) three years, you will receive a new permanent Rewards Card in the mail the month before your birthday in place of your Birthday Club Certificate. Once you receive the card, we know you may have a lot of questions, let us start by answering the key ones:

Do I still get my free Birthday Dinner during the month of my birthday?
Yes. Once you receive your new permanent card, all you have to do is go to www.zehndersrewards.com and activate the new card following the three easy steps on the postcard. The card must be activated prior to redeeming your free birthday dinner.

How do I activate the card once I receive it?
Follow the 3 simple steps listed on the postcard (and below) to activate the card online. Once activated, you may begin receiving rewards.

1) Log onto www.zehndersrewards.com and choose "Activate Card"
2) Type in the Card Number found on the back of the attached card
3) Review/Edit your profile information.

After activation is confirmed, bring the permanent card every time you visit any of Zehnder's properties.

Do I need to activate my permanent card in order to receive rewards including my free birthday dinner?
Yes. We require activation prior to collecting and redeeming rewards.

Once I activate my card, is there a waiting period to collecting and redeeming rewards?
No. Because you received this card in the mail, that means you are already an active Birthday Club Member and there is no waiting period to receive or redeem rewards after the card is activated.

If I am also an active Zehnder Plus Member, does this permanent Rewards Card replace my Zehnder Plus Card?
Yes. During the activation process, you will be asked if you are currently an active member of Zehnder Plus. Check "yes" and enter your Zehnder Plus account number and all of your previous Zehnder Plus account information will be transferred after 3-5 business days to your Zehnder's Rewards account. After activation, bring your new Zehnder's Rewards card in with you every time you visit any Zehnder's properties and the cashier or server will swipe the card to record the transaction amount.

How do I collect 10% off after my tenth transaction?
Once you've reached your tenth transaction, a reward of 10% of the total balance spent will be automatically loaded onto your account that may be used towards your next purchase at any Zehnder's properties.

How do I keep track of my transactions and rewards?
Once your card is activated, visit www.zehndersrewards.com and choose "Returning Guest" with your card number and password to view transaction history, active and inactive rewards.

How do I sign up for Zehnder's Rewards if I do not have a computer?
We highly recommend obtaining an email address where you can receive special offers, rewards and reminders. Without an email address, Zehnder's will have no way of communicating special offers to you. However, you may sign up for Zehnder's Rewards by visiting our Guest Services office at Zehnder's Restaurant. You must be 18 years of age or older and you must present valid picture ID.

Do I need an email address to sign up for Zehnder's Rewards?
No, an email address is not required. However, we highly recommend obtaining an email address where you can receive special offers, rewards and reminders. Without an email address, Zehnder's has no way of communicating special offers to you. However, to receive recurring rewards, such as the birthday reward, an email address is not required. Simply bring your permanent card in with you during the month of your birthday to receive your free birthday dinner.

My child did not receive a Rewards Card in the mail. What do I do now?
Under our new program, you must be 18 years or older to sign up for Zehnder's Rewards. However, each parent may register up to 4 children (under 18) on their account. If your child's birthday falls before your birthday month, please call 800-863-7999 and we can activate your account prior to your children's birthdays.
