Rum-Buckle Breakfast Loaf

PREHEAT OVEN 350 DEGREES
Mix together the following ingredients in mixing bowl:
½ tsp. Salt 2 cups Pioneer white sugar
2 tsp. Baking soda 1 cup Corn oil
2.5 cups Unbleached white flour 3 Eggs (beaten slightly)
1 cup Cream 1 Tbsp. Rum flavoring
3 Jars Blueberry Buckle (baby food jars) ½ cup. Pecans (chopped)
½ cup Macadamia nuts (chopped)
Pour into greased 8.5 x 4.5 x 2.5 loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until knife inserted in the middle of loaf comes out clean.
Let cool and store in airtight container. Refrigeration blends the flavors of the loaf.
(GLAZE IF WANTED):
1 cup Confectioners sugar 2 Tbsp. Milk
Blend well and drizzle over loaf.
