When Walter and Maria Palmer came to Frankenmuth in the early 1970’s, they were in search of a community in which they could establish a lodging business. They were introduced to Wally Bronner and eventually purchased a piece of property from him on the south side of Frankenmuth, just north of the famous Bronner’s Christmas Wonderland.
The fall also represents that time of year where families begin their plans for Halloween. Kids start talking about what candy and treats they will get, what costume will they wear and parents just want a fun, safe environment for trick or treating. Well here at Zehnder’s Splash Village, our “Halloween Bash at Splash” on October 21st-22nd and 28th-29th offers a great time for young and old alike.

Each September the entire city of Frankenmuth is host to one of the best car shows in the Midwest maybe the nation; Frankenmuth Auto Fest. Car enthusiasts from around the nation begin rolling in September 8th for the event that officially begins September 9th and concludes September 11.
