Wow, it doesn’t seem possible that Easter is here! I’d like to personally thank everyone who attended the Z Chef’s Café Friday night seafood buffet. We had a very successful Lenten season. Normally we end our seafood buffet on Good Friday, but due to the large number of requests, we’re going to extend it three more weeks. Click here to view April’s menus. So mark your calendar and plan on coming Friday, April 10, 17 and 24.
Interesting fact – so far this year we fried up 4,500 pounds of yellow lake perch!
