Housekeeping Supervisor

Orients new employees to position by reviewing standard operating procedures, property tour and assign trainer. Ongoing training and reinforcement of standard operating procedures to insure they are being followed on a daily basis by all housekeeping and laundry staff. Assisting staff as needed. Inspect guest rooms daily to ensure high standard of cleanliness, needs for repair, replacement or rotation of furniture and fixtures and follow up with schedule to accomplish. Insure public areas are monitored hourly for cleanliness and kept in an orderly manner. Schedule Housekeeping and Laundry staff to ensure optimal coverage within budgetary guidelines. Establish supply levels and maintain inventory as determined.

Grill Fryer

The daily set up of the fryer area; including turning on the deep fat fryers to proper temperature, making sure that exhaust fans are working properly, accumulation of pans and accessories needed for food storage, and turning on of warming units. Supplying the hot line area with proper amounts of fried chicken, sautéed livers, and mashed potatoes, in accordance to the recipes established by Zehnder’s and in the proper amounts as dictated by the volume of business.
