In this class, you will learn from start to finish how to create a beautiful, yet edible holiday centerpiece. You will roll out all your own sugar cookies. Christmas Tree Cake

Let our Pastry Chef teach you how to decorate a Christmas Yule Log that makes a great table decoration and a delicious dessert. You will be given step-by-step directions on how to decorate this chocolate sponge cake rolled up with a hazelnut filling. You will also watch a demonstration on how to make and roll the perfect sponge cake.

Pecan Pie Cookies & Homemade Pie Dough
