Lebkuchen & Pecan Tassies
September 13 6-7:30 pm
Cost $60 per person, Class Limit 18
Learn how to make a traditional German cookie, Lebkuchen. It is a soft molasses cookie containing honey and pecans. You will also learn how to make pecan tassies. These cookies are like a mini pecan pie with a flaky butter cookie crust. You will take home a dozen of each cookie and a pecan tassie pan.
Springerle Rolling
September 27 6-7:30 pm
Cost $60 per person, Class Limit 18
These traditional German cookies are rolled and pressed with a hand-carved rolling pin. We’ll share the recipe with you and give hands-on instructions. You will be making traditional anise flavored and lemon poppy. You will take home to bake at least a dozen of each flavor. You will also receive an embossed rolling pin to make them again and again.
Kid’s Halloween Cookies
October 1 8-10:30 am
Cost $55 per pair, Class Limit 12 Pairs
This class is designed for kids ages 8-12. Your child will learn how to decorate a variety of our famous sugar cookies. They will make zombies, mummies, spider webs and jack-o-lanterns. They will be bringing home 3 of each totaling a dozen cookies. They will also bring home a spatula and 2 decorating tips.
Vegetable Pizza
October 4 6-7:30 pm
Cost $50 per person, Class Limit 18
You will learn how to make a delicious vegetable pizza with a pesto pizza dough. While your crust is baking, you will prep your veggies and make your cream cheese-based sauce. You will take home a 12″ pizza pan.
Gluten Free Blueberry Crumble Pie
October 11 6-7:30 pm
Cost $60 per person, Class Limit 18
Learn how to make a delicious blueberry crumble pie made from an almond flour crust. While your pie is baking, you will make a batch of gluten free pie dough to make another pie from home. You will also make your gluten free oatmeal crumble topping. This is a gluten free dessert that is sure to impress any guest.
Pumpkin Brioche Pull-a-Part Bread
October 18 6-7:30 pm
Cost $55 per person, Class Limit 18
Let us show you how to make this new fall favorite. It consists of a rich brioche dough rolled and filled with a sweet spiced pumpkin filling, then twisted and baked to a golden perfection. While your bread bakes, you can enjoy a sample while you watch a demonstration on how to make the brioche dough from scratch.
