Braided Caramel Apple Pecan Strudel

You will learn step-by-step how to make this delicious strudel filled with fresh apple, caramel topping and crunchy pecans. You will be taking this strudel home to bake to enjoy fresh from the oven. It can even be frozen to bake at a later date. You will also be making a cream cheese icing to top it off once it is out of the oven.
Chicken Cordon Bleu Quiche

This is the perfect way to bring breakfast and lunch together. You will learn step-by-step from one of our pastry chefs how to create this delicious quiche filled with chicken, black forest ham and swiss cheese. While your quiche bakes, you will enjoy free samples with fresh squeezed orange juice.
Wreath Cookie Tray

You will learn from one of our cake decorators how to create this beautiful wreath cookie centerpiece. It will consist of several leaf cookies layered around to a beautiful bow cookie with a candle cookie in the center. This is a fantastic way to dress up any holiday table. You will take home a minimum of 18 cookies, a spatula and 2 decorating tips.
Reindeer Cake

You will learn from one of our talented cake decorators how to create an adorable reindeer cake. You will decorate a double layer 6-inch chocolate cake with a chocolate buttercream icing. The ears and antlers will be made from our famous sugar cookies. You will be taking home your cake, a spatula and 2 decorating tips.
Gingerbread House

You will learn how to create these delicious breakfast bars filled with creamy peanut butter and sweet strawberry jam. While your bars are baking, you will learn to make hot cocoa cups with silicone molds. These would be a great gift idea to package with a mug for those hard to buy for friends. You will take home a 9×13 pan of bars, 8 hot cocoa cups and a silicone mold.

While your 9-inch pie bakes, you will learn how to make our flaky pie dough from scratch as well as the sweet oatmeal crumb topping. Zehnder’s Executive Sous Chef Lance Buchinger will be teaching you the art of making homemade Italian Ricotta Gnocchi. These soft, pillowy ricotta gnocchi are easier than you’d expect. They’re fast and delicious, making them the perfect weeknight meal! This very versatile recipe can be easily paired with your favorite protein or keep it vegetarian to make it a complete meal.
How To Make a Gift Basket
Tuesday, November 8 4-6 pm

You will learn different techniques for making a gift basket. We will use different items and themes to create and give ideas for your holiday gift giving. Each class participant will make a basket to take home which will include our Zehnder products, the basket and wrapping materials. You will also learn how to make a bow.
Parent/Child Santa Cookies
December 1 5-6:30 pm
Cost $50 per pair, Class Limit 12 Pairs (Extra Child $25)
This is a great chance to bake with the little ones without the mess in your own kitchen. This class is designed for children ages 3-7. You will make adorable Santa shaped sugar cookies with chocolate chip eyes and buttons. While they are baking, you can enjoy hot chocolate with marshmallows and a chocolate chip cookie. Once they are done baking, you will top them off with an icing beard and hat trimming.
