Zehnder's Splash Village Hotel Reservation Information
Zehnder’s Splash Village Hotel and Waterpark is a NON-SMOKING, no pets facility. All rooms, balconies and indoor public areas are NON-SMOKING. A deep-cleaning fee of $150 will be charged to those who violate the NON-SMOKING policy.
Additional waterpark passes can be purchased at $25.00 each per day. The amount is limited to the maximum occupancy of your room.

Cancellation/Deposit For Telephone Reservation
Deposits are required for hotel reservations during our peak seasons, as well as every Friday & Saturday. Please call 1-800-863-7999 to confirm deposit requirements for your dates of stay.
Please carefully review your confirmation letter to make certain reservation dates, room style and room rates are accurate. Please call 1-800-863-7999 to make any changes or cancellations. Cancellations for all reservations must be received 3 days prior to arrival. All groups with room blocks or rate structures, holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas break, New Years Eve and Spring break require a 1 week notice. Cancellations made after these time periods are subject to penalties up to the price of the room.
Cancellation/Deposit For Internet Reservation
Cancellation for internet reservation requires a seven day notice prior to arrival. All reservations made online require payment at time of booking. All payments for internet reservations will be charged to the credit card the following day.
Credit Card and Incidental Hold Policy
The credit or debit card used to reserve the reservation will be required upon arrival to check-in along with a matching photo identification to the individual registered to the room. We will place an authorization against this account to cover applicable charges for room and tax as well as a $50 incidental amount per day to allow access to room charging privileges. Guests using a debit card in lieu of a credit card acknowledge unused funds are released upon check-out may take 3-7 business days for domestic banks and up to 30 days for international banks to become available through their financial institution. Zehnder’s Splash Village Hotel and Waterpark does not accept pets. We are happy to suggest a local boarding service for you by calling us at 1-800-863-7999. We do, however, accept service animals.
We are happy to follow Titles II and III of the ADA and we ask that you do as well. Such as keeping your service animal with you, under control/on leash and not left alone in the hotel room. We are glad to provide our guests a copy of the ADA Titles II and III at the Front Desk.
A service animal is a Dog that is individually trained to perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. These tasks must be directly related to the person’s disability. Psychiatric Service dogs fall under the service animal criteria however emotional support dogs do not.
