Tuesday, March 9	9 - 10:30 am	Our sweet German dessert. Perfect for any holiday brunch or special time of the year. Learn how to make this favorite sweet dough with walnut filling and butter cream frosting topped with walnut bits. Take home 6 of these delicious treats.

Apple Strudel	Cost $30	Class Limit 12
Tuesday, March 9	10:30 am-12 pm	Old World German Strudel with fresh apples and rum soaked golden raisins. A delicious treat for Easter Brunch or any time of the year. Take home your fresh baked 12-inch strudel.

Lemon Meringue Pie	Cost $30	Class Limit 15
Tuesday, March 9	1-2:30 pm	Diane Selich, Bakery Supervisor will teach you how to make an old-fashioned lemon meringue pie. Learn about the different meringues and take home a 9-inch lemon pie.
