Zehnder's Splash Village Hotel and Waterpark offers 146 deluxe accommodations including 74 suites. Enjoy over 30,000 sq. ft. of aquatic fun with our Splash Landing play area, Dumping Bucket, Giggling Gorge and Perilous Plunge 4 story tube slides, relax in the Whimsical Whirl Hot Tub or just float along the Crooked Brook Creek lazyriver. For the landlubber have fun at our Arcade or lunch at Elf Hollow Cafe.

*Now offering 4 complimentary waterpark passes with a Dragonfly Room, up to 6 complimentary waterpark passes with a Family Suite and up to 8 complimentary waterpark passes with a Loft Suite.

*Additional waterpark passes can be purchased at $15.00 each per day. The amount is limited to the maximum occupancy of your room.

*All room rates are subject to state and local taxes (currently at 11%).

*Rates are subject to change and are based on availability. These figures are provided for rate guidelines only and specific rates are confirmed upon reservation.

*Zehnder’s Splash Village hotel and water park is a NON-SMOKING facility. All rooms, balconies and indoor public areas are NON-SMOKING. A deep-cleaning fee of $150 will be charged to those who violate the NON-SMOKING policy.

*CANCELLATION FOR TELEPHONE RESERVATION
Cancellation for Sunday – Friday arrival must be received 72 hours prior to arrival. (Excluding Holidays and Festival weeks requires two weeks notice prior to arrival). Cancellation for Saturday arrival must be received seven days prior to arrival. (Excluding Holidays and Festival weeks requires two weeks notice prior to arrival).Cancellation for any Holiday and Festival week must be received 14 days prior to arrival, i.e. Thanksgiving, Christmas Break, New Year Eve and Spring Break. Cancellations made after these time periods are subject to penalty.
CANCELLATION FOR INTERNET RESERVATION
Cancellation for internet reservation requires a seven day notice prior to arrival.
DEPOSIT POLICY FOR TELEPHONE AND ONLINE RESERVATIONS
For deposits for Sunday – Friday arrival we require a credit card as a form of guarantee. (Excluding Holidays and Festival weeksl). For deposits for Saturday arrival we require a charge to a credit card of a room rate plus tax at the time of the booking. Deposits for any Holiday and Festival week have the same policy as for Saturday arrivals, i.e. Thanksgiving, Christmas Break, New Year Eve and Spring Break.
DEPOSIT POLICY FOR INTERNET RESERVATION
A deposit will be taken for internet reservation when you call and make the reservation and it will be charged to the credit card the following day.
