Department: Restaurant Housekeeping
Position: 1st Shift Housekeeping
Reports To: Housekeeping Supervisor
Function: Cleaning or working in various areas per the housekeeping schedule or supervisor.
Work Performed:
• Cleans the interior public areas, including the dining rooms, restrooms, and hallways.
• Cleans the exterior areas, including the front sidewalk, parking lots, and empties the trash cans.
• Banquet set-up, table arrangement, chairs and audio-visual equipment.
• Sorting, shipping, and doing the in-house laundry.
• Snow shoveling
• Cleans The Fortress and does banquet setup.
• Polish hard floors and clean carpets.
• Wash windows.
• Perform detail cleaning project as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time. Lifting up to 50lbs regularly.
Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic mechanical knowledge to operate a pallet jack.
Other Requirements: Available to work weekends and holidays.
Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
