Department: Restaurant Housekeeping
Position: 2nd Shift Housekeeping
Reports To: Housekeeping Supervisor
Function: The cleaning of the bakery, public areas, and offices.
Work Performed:
• Cleans the Bakery and Torte Room, including the floors, walls, ceilings, and some equipment.
• Cleaning the offices twice daily.
• Sorting of laundry and washing when necessary.
• The monitoring of public restrooms for cleanliness.
• Monitors sidewalks for trash.
• Snow removal.
• Picks up trash in the parking lot.
• Performs afternoon and evening dining room set-up as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
Educational Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
Other Requirements:
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Age Requirement:
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
