Suggestion Committee
We Want to Hear From You!

At Zehnder’s, we believe that some of the best ideas come from the people who know our operation best – you! The Suggestion Committee was created to give all team members a voice in shaping a stronger, safer, and more guest-focused workplace.

The Committee meets every 4-6 weeks (or as needed) to review all submissions and vote on ideas that align with our goals. When a suggestion is approved and put into action, the employee who submitted it will receive a $25 Zehnder’s gift certificate as a thank you. Plus, at our Annual Meeting, we’ll celebrate the most impactful suggestions of the year – with $100 for first place, $75 for second place, and $50 for third!

To be considered, suggestions should meet at least one of the following criteria:

• Improve guest or employee safety
• Increase efficiency, streamline operations or generate cost savings
• Enhance the overall guest experience

Whether it’s a small tweak or a big idea, your input matters – and it just might be the next great improvement at Zehnder’s!
