Featuring four beautifully appointed luxury suites, The Mill offers an intimate and exclusive stay, with rates ranging from $550 to $2,500 per night. Each suite is thoughtfully designed to reflect a meaningful chapter in Frankenmuth’s rich history, blending timeless character with modern elegance.
Suite 1845 – A Tribute to Frankenmuth’s Founding
Inspired by the early German settlers who established Frankenmuth as their “Little Bavaria,” Suite 1845 offers a warm and inviting one-bedroom retreat. Soaring ceilings and a cozy living space provide charming views of the historic water wheel, while the king bedroom opens to an ADA-accessible patio overlooking the Cass River—perfect for quiet moments of relaxation. A kitchenette with espresso service and a front patio overlooking downtown complete the experience.
Suite 1848 – Honoring the Milling Legacy
Named for the year the original flour mill was founded by the Hubinger brothers, Suite 1848 celebrates craftsmanship and heritage. Suite 1929 – The Zehnder Legacy Experience
Encompassing the entire third floor, Suite 1929 commemorates the year Zehnder’s first opened its doors. Guests arrive via a private elevator entrance into a parlor sitting area, creating a truly exclusive experience. The open-concept living space is framed by floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing panoramic views of the Cass River, historic water wheel, The Fortress Golf Course, and downtown Frankenmuth.
