Job Title: Server – Elf Hollow Cafe
Reports To: Elf Hollow Cafe Supervisor
Function: Responsible for the ordering and serving of customer meals with a high level of customer service.
Work Performed:
• Provide quality service to guests
• Knowledgeable about the working of “Splash Village”
• Participate in “Add-On-Sales” program
• Directly participate in and oversee the “guest’s experience”
• Maintain area’s sanitation in accordance with Michigan Department of Health
• Daily communications with F & B Department
• Maintain “Service Standards” program
• Attend departmental meetings
• All other duties as assigned or directed
Requirements:
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
