Weâve been blessed to have had generations of support from our guests from Michigan, the Midwest and Canada. We hear every day how guests remember being here as a kid celebrating some type of family event or milestone.
In 2017 over 1,000,000 guests had the Zehnder Experience. About 975,000 dined at our flagship restaurant Zehnderâs, over 200,000 guests experienced the aquatic fun at Zehnderâs Splash Village, over 15,000 rounds of golf were played at our championship golf course, The Fortress and hundreds of thousands of guests browsed our beautiful retail facility Zehnderâs Marketplace.
To us, itâs not about the big numbers. Itâs making sure that we meet each guestâs expectation of quality and service. I even want our guests to know that if we fall short of their expectations, weâll make it right. I donât want our guests to feel like they got lost in the crowd. And some days, quite honestly, itâs crowded.
Thanks to all of you who made Zehnderâs part of your plans the past year. We stand ready to make good on our daily mission, Every Guest Leaves Satisfied, for 2018.
