Many businesses and certainly some individuals use the New Year to wipe the slate clean. To start over. Begin again. A time to solve the problems or issues that just weren’t addressed last year.
At Zehnder’s, we’re really no different. From the top on down we continually ask ourselves what we need to do different, where can we improve or really tackle that one thing that really gave us problems last year. While I’m not a fan of New Year’s Resolutions, the beginning of a new year gives us a point at which to consider where we want to focus our efforts. New menu items, guest room improvements, additions to our team, parking lot improvements, new kitchen or bakery improvements; the list is really endless. Wherever we focus our efforts it’s through the prism of either improving the working conditions of our team or the experience of our guests.
As we enter our 161st year in business, we look forward to bringing you the same great experience that generations of our guests and employees have come to expect. You have my name on it!
