Lindsey McPherson - 2017 Michigan Women's Open Golf Champion

It is hard to believe August is already here but there is a lot happening at The Fortress Golf Course! First off, we would like to congratulate one of our own – Lindsey McPherson – on winning the Michigan Women’s Open Championship. McPherson (who calls The Fortress her home course) shot 8 under par for the weekend to win the tournament by one shot. Lindsey graduated from Michigan State University and has been a long time student of The Fortress PGA Golf Professional Kyle Martin. Way to go Lindsey!
