Zehnder’s Rewards Terms and Conditions Agreement

By creating an Zehnder’s Rewards account, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions set forth below.

Birthday Rewards

Zehnder’s of Frankenmuth extends birthday greetings to you and invites you to join us for a complimentary chicken dinner at Zehnder’s Restaurant. During the entire month of your birthday, enjoy (1) Family Style Chicken Dinner OR (1) 3-Piece Chicken Luncheon OR one Children’s Meal on us.

  1. Ages 11 and under must order from the Children’s Menu.
  2. Card or mobile app must be presented to your server upon arrival to redeem reward(s).
  3. If your Birthday Reward is not redeemed in your birthday month, you will receive $3.00 off (1) Family Style Chicken Dinner or $3.00 off (1) 3-Piece Chicken Luncheon or $3.00 off one Children’s Meal which may be used within eleven months following your birthday month.
  4. Valid identification required to redeem Birthday Rewards.
  5. Gratuity, tax and beverage not included.
  6. Non-transferable.
  7. Not valid with any other promotions or discounts.
  8. You must be a registered Rewards Member for at least 30 days prior to your birthday to participate in the current year’s Birthday Rewards Program.
  9. Birthday Reward cannot be redeemed for takeout, all Birthday Rewards are dine-in only.
  10. Birthday Reward may only be taken once per customer valid one year from the month of your birthday.

Frequent Buyer Points

  1. After qualifying for a certain number of points, customer receives a Reward discount towards their next qualifying purchase.
  2. Reward cannot be redeemed for cash and/or used for taxes and gratuities.
  3. Gift cards purchased are not credited toward Zehnder’s Rewards Program.
  4. Purchases paid for with a Reward are not credited toward points in the Rewards Program.
  5. One purchase is equal to the gross sales price (not including tax and/or gratuity) of an individual guest check or receipt.
  6. Zehnder’s Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions, or with groups or conventions.
  7. Lost cards are not the responsibility of Zehnder’s of Frankenmuth. However, Rewards may still be redeemed with a valid picture ID and a phone number.
  8. Zehnder’s of Frankenmuth and all of its affiliates reserves the right to discontinue the Rewards offers at any time.
  9. To earn or redeem rewards, card or mobile app must be presented at time of purchase. However, Rewards may still be redeemed with a valid picture ID and a phone number.
  10. Zehnder’s employees are not eligible for the program nor are transactions that are deducted with employee discounts.
  11. Zehnder’s Splash Village Arcade transactions are not credited toward Zehnder’s Rewards Program.
  12. Rewards certificates may not be used towards the following:
    a. Pandora purchases
    b. Alcohol purchases
    c. Gift cards
    d. Shipping costs on Mail Order products
    e. The Fortress Golf Course Golf Memberships
    f. Hotel room deposits at Zehnder’s Splash Village Hotel and Waterpark
  13. Rewards certificates may be redeemed at any of the following properties:
    a. Zehnder’s Restaurant
    b. Zehnder’s Foodstore and Bakery
    c. Zehnder’s Gift Shop
    d. Z Chef’s Cafe
    e. The Fortress Golf Course
    f. Zehnder’s Splash Village Hotel and Waterpark
  14. To receive credit for transactions, you must be a member of Zehnder’s Rewards Program at time of purchase.
  15. Transactions older than 60 days are subject to approval and must have original receipt.

Rewards for Family Members Under Age 18

  1. A parent or legal guardian may register a family member under age 18 for the Zehnder’s Birthday Rewards Program. To redeem Birthday Rewards for family members under age 18, the parent or legal guardian who signed the child up for the Rewards Program will be required to show their identification.
  2. All communications will be through the parent or legal guardian. We will send the parent or legal guardian Birthday Rewards information and other special promotions for family members under age 18.
  3. Family members under the age of 18 are not eligible for Rewards certificates. For the protection of younger family members, Zehnder’s does not wish to track information about purchases made by them.

Additional Information

  1. Rewards will be sent via email/app push notification or text message with notification of the promotion being offered.
  2. A valid email address and/or mobile phone number is required to receive and participate in the Rewards Program.
  3. In the case of fraud or abuse involving Rewards, Zehnder’s of Frankenmuth has the right to take appropriate action, and all Rewards earned may be forfeited and any relevant account(s) closed.
  4. Participation in the Rewards Program is subject to these terms and conditions, which, Zehnder’s of Frankenmuth may, in its discretion, amend or modify at any time without notice. Zehnder’s of Frankenmuth has the sole discretion to interpret and apply the terms and conditions of the Rewards Program.
  5. Employees are not eligible to participate in the Zehnder’s Rewards Program.

Privacy Policy

Respecting your privacy is a priority for us. Zehnder’s of Frankenmuth and its affiliates do not share, sell or rent your personal information to any third parties. We may collect personal information to administer and manage the Rewards Program, send marketing communications and other business activities. In order to keep you informed of your Rewards Program membership status, we may send you certain program information and special offers that may be of interest to you.
