Chef John Zehnder Receives the National Hermann G. Rusch Chef’s Achievement Award

Chef John Zehnder, CEC, ACE, HGT, AAC was award the National Hermann Rusch Chef’s Achievement Award at last week’s American Culinary Federation Convention in Dallas, Texas. This prestigious award honors a chef who has demonstrated the highest level of commitment to both the ACF and the culinary profession. Such chefs, through their lifelong involvement with and contributions to the ACF and the culinary arts, have advanced culinary as a profession and ensrued the enrichment of culinary students and chefs across the nation.

The 24,000 professional chef members of the American Culinary Federation selected Chef Zehnder, who in April won the Central Regional Hermann Rusch Award, from among the four regional winners of the ACF.
