Job Title: Front Desk/Call Center
Department: Zehnder’s Splash Village
Status: 20-40 hours per week
- Check guests in and out.
- Attentive and responds to guests needs and ensures their satisfaction.
- Handles reservation requests efficiently.
- Assigns guest rooms.
- Prepares packages for daily reservations.
- Wake-up calls made.
- Answers phones.
- Handles guests mail.
- Takes steps to maintain the safety and security of Splash Village.
- Make, change, and monitor reservations
- Monitor room availability status
- Basic computer skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
