There’s lots of stuff happening in March. We celebrate International Women’s Day and move our clocks ahead one hour to Daylight Savings on March 8th. Spring Forward and recognize the women in your life on the same day. Never knew there was a Johnny Appleseed Day but it’s March 11th recognizing John Chapman (Johnny Appleseed) who introduced apple trees across the Midwest. Celebrate by enjoying a great apple pie from Zehnder’s Bakery, they are the best!
Everybody is Irish when St. Patrick’s Day is recognized on March 17th. Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at the Simon and Garfunkel Tribute Show at Zehnder’s. Running from March 17th- March 20th it promises to be great, nostalgic fun. I’m looking forward to March 20th, the beginning of Spring. Start to wake up your golf game, The Fortress will be open soon. Nothing says Spring is right around the corner like the start of the baseball season. The first game for the Detroit Lions will be March 26th at the San Diego Padres. At least it should be a nice warm weather game. Go Tigers!
And of course, the weather in March is always fickle, never predictable. What’s the saying. “In like a Lion out Like a Lamb”. We’ve got you covered, literally. Our two atrium-style indoor water parks at Zehnder’s Splash Village are a great place to splash the day away whatever the weather.
Spring is right around the corner, and our team stands ready to make every moment memorable. Check out all the details at www.zehnders.com.
You have my name on it!
