Department: Restaurant Housekeeping
Position: Restaurant Housekeeping Manager
Reports to: Director of Housekeeping

Function: Responsible for scheduling and overseeing of staff as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the main restaurant and The Fortress.

Work Performed:
1. Provide weekly housekeeping schedule and manage the payroll expense.
2. Oversee the training of new employees.
3. Monitor blue sheets for groups and ensuring groups are properly set-up.
4. Handle employee issues as they arise with proper documentation.
5. Assign and monitor a detailed cleaning list for all areas.
6. Coordinate with managers of all areas to ensure their needs are met.
7. Complete evaluations with the housekeeping staff.
8. Ensure all areas are cleaned to Zehnder’s standards.
9. Maintain an appropriate inventory of supplies and reorder when necessary.
10. Conduct staff meetings to ensure proper communication across all shifts.
11. Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time and stand continually and lift 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
