Job Title: Social Media Ambassador
Reports To: Digital Marketing Manager
Function: To provide assistance to the Digital Marketing Manager and grow the presence of Zehnder’s on all social media platforms. Responsible for engaging with our online community, fostering meaningful interactions, and promoting Zehnder’s brand image in alignment with our values and objectives.
Work Performed:
- Content Creation: Generate engaging and original content for all our social media channels, including but not limited to, posts, stories, and videos. Content must be created for all divisions daily.
- Community Engagement: Actively interact with our audience, respond to comments, reviews and messages, and foster a positive and inclusive online community.
- Brand Advocacy: Advocate for Zehnder’s brand standards, values and mission in all online interactions within social media guidelines.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities, and provide regular reports on engagement metrics and performance.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred and at least 2 year’s experience in related field.
Other Qualifications– Excellent communication and verbal skills, outgoing, positive, and self-motivated. Data entry skills and ability to multitask. Available evenings, weekends, and holidays. Analytics experience preferred. Graphic design experience required- Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop. InDesign, and Illustrator. Strong skills in lifestyle, travel, and food photography. Natural storytelling ability through photo and video content. Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok, or similar platforms. Comfortable photographing on location (hotel, restaurant, golf course).
Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
