The All Things Chocolate Recipe Contest Satisfied Our Sweet Tooth Again…

Contestants baked up some pretty sweet desserts during Snowfest’s annual “All Things Chocolate Recipe Baking Contest” which kicked off the first major event of Zehnder’s Snowfest 2024. Amateur bakers participated in three baking categories: brownies, cakes and cookies with chocolate as the primary flavor. Visitors enjoyed complimentary dessert samples, prizes and recipe books of all of the participating recipes. Michigan Sugar is the event sponsor; supporting partners are Cars 108, Le Creuset®, and WSGW 790 AM.

3rd Place – Tina Davidson from North Branch, Michigan with Chocolate Salted Caramel Cheesecake Surprise

1st Place – Jessica Bryant from Shepherd, Michigan with Maple Caramel Pecan Brownies
2nd Place – Sydney Merrihew from Frankenmuth, Michigan with Red Velvet Chocolate Sandwich Cookie Brownie
