We’ve been blessed to have had generations of support from our guests from Michigan, the Midwest and Canada. We hear every day how guests remember being here as a kid celebrating some type of family event or milestone.
In 2017 over 1,000,000 guests had the Zehnder Experience. About 975,000 dined at our flagship restaurant Zehnder’s, over 200,000 guests experienced the aquatic fun at Zehnder’s Splash Village, over 15,000 rounds of golf were played at our championship golf course, The Fortress and hundreds of thousands of guests browsed our beautiful retail facility Zehnder’s Marketplace.
To us, it’s not about the big numbers. It’s making sure that we meet each guest’s expectation of quality and service. I even want our guests to know that if we fall short of their expectations, we’ll make it right. I don’t want our guests to feel like they got lost in the crowd. And some days, quite honestly, it’s crowded.
Thanks to all of you who made Zehnder’s part of your plans the past year. We stand ready to make good on our daily mission, Every Guest Leaves Satisfied, for 2018.
