Zehnder’s Splash Village and Zehnder’s Restaurant Earns Top Honors

Jun 29, 2012

Zehnder’s Splash Village was recently voted “Most Kid-Friendly Resort” by the Michigan Travel & Vacation Magazine in the Best Places to Stay in Michigan Contest.

“When you check in with your family at Zehnder’s Splash Village, you will quickly see why it received the most votes as Michigan’s Most Kid-Friendly Resort. This place exists for making fun memories for families with their 30,000-gallon indoor water park, including awesome splash bucket aptly named the Dumping Bucket. Just stand under it as it pours vast amounts of water on the people below. Kids of all ages love the 4-story tube water slides and even the youngest will enjoy a float with mom down the Crooked Brook Creek Lazy River. After a day and evening of water fun, relax in the hotel and prepare for another day of water park fun.” – Michigan Travel & Vacation

In addition, Zehnder’s Splash Village Hotel and Waterpark and Zehnder’s Restaurant recently received the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence award. The accolode, which honors hospitality excellence, is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor. Approximately 10 percent of accommodations listed on TripAdvisor receive this prestigious award. To qualify for the Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor.

“It is an honor for Zehnder’s to continue receiving high marks and positive comments with TripAdvisor and Michigan Travel & Vaction.” Stated Al Zehnder, CEO of Zehnder’s of Frankenmuth. “Our commitment to service remains our utmost concern and we continue to encourage our guests to share their Zehnder’s experience with us.
