As they say, “all good things must come to an end” and so it is with our Z Chef’s Friday Night Perch Buffet. We began back in December and will conclude this series of buffets on April 6th, Good Friday. Yellow Lake Perch has been the signature item each and every week – the standard of excellence in Michigan fish!
Two years ago, Zehnder’s hosted the Golden Toque Convention – the top 100 chefs from across the United States. We featured yellow lake perch as part of one of the gourmet meals we served. To this day, I still get compliments from Golden Toque chefs from outside the Great Lakes Region about “those wonderful little fish we served”. There are tons of fish fry events held during Lent, but no one offers the selection and quality that you see down in Z Chef’s Cafe. Click here to view the final Fish Fry menu.
