Department: Restaurant Housekeeping
Position: 3rd Shift Housekeeping
Reports To: Housekeeping Supervisor
Function: Cleanliness of kitchen and production areas.
Work Performed:
• Sweeps and mops all kitchen and production areas used that day.
• Polishes stainless steel equipment.
• Cleans walls.
• Cleans ceilings and vents.
• Cleans and stocks handwashing sinks.
• Performs weekly cleaning tasks.
• Does dining room set-ups as required.
• Detail cleaning and projects as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to walk and stand continuously and lift 50 lbs.
Educational Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
Other Requirements:
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
