Position: Pie Department
Reports To: Bakery Supervisor
Job Description:
• Responsible for the preparation and execution of all pies and fancy desserts.
• Bake pies and other fancy desserts by:
– Preparing the dough and placing in appropriate size container.
– Preparing the filling to assure desired temperature and baking time.
– Operating ovens to maintain desired temperature and baking time.
• Analyze requisition sheets and produce desired product.
• Assist in bread and pastry production when necessary.
• Always maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• All other duties as assigned or directed.
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to stand on feet for extended periods of time and lift 50 lbs. Work in high volume environment.
Educational Requirements:
• Basic math skills to expand or reduce recipes.
Other Requirements:
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Age Requirement:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
