Department: Bakery
Position: Bakery Production – Danish/Donuts
Reports To: Bakery 3rd Shift Supervisor
Function: Responsible to produce the danish and donuts for the bakery and all customer orders.
Work Performed:
• Baking/frying of danish/donuts
• Assist in bread and pastry production
• Always maintain a clean and sanitary work area
• All other duties as assigned or directed
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to stand on feet for extended periods of time and lift 50 lbs. Work in high volume environment.
Educational Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent. Basic math skills to expand and reduce recipes.
Other Requirements:
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Age Requirement:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
