Department: Splash Village Food & Beverage
Position: Elf Hollow Cafe Supervisor
Reports To: F&B Manager/FOH Manager
Function: Responsible for the supervision of employees and efficient operation of Elf Hollow Cafe.
Work Performed:
• Oversee labor schedules to ensure proper coverage in all areas
• Utilize Predictive Index to determine proper staff placement
• Administer Customer Service program with regular training and coaching
• Administer “Add-On-Sales” program
• Directly participate in and oversee the “guest’s experience”
• Directly participate in and oversee cash handling procedures
• Maintain area’s sanitation in accordance with Michigan Department of Health
• Daily communications with Food & Beverage (F&B) managers and supervisors, both written and verbal
• Maintain “Service Standards” program
• Communicate and work with hourly bar, service, and production staff to maintain Zehnder’s core values
• Attend both departmental and F&B meetings
• All other duties as assigned or directed
Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, lift 25 lbs. Ability to work in a high volume environment.
Educational Requirements: High school diploma equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in high volume food service.
Other Requirements: Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older.
