Position: General Maintenance
Reports To: Maintenance Manager
Function: Repair and upkeep on buildings, bakery, and restaurant equipment.
Work Performed:
• Weekly, monthly and quarterly checks of buildings and equipment
• Air conditioning filter replacement
• Monthly grease and oil runs
• The repairing and upkeeping on building, bakery, and restaurant equipment includes electrical, plumbing, and the repairing of bakery and kitchen equipment.
• Maintains working knowledge of electrical, gas and water lines
• Familiar with emergency procedures
• OPERA log
• Hotel guest room repairs
• Waterpark repairs
Requirements:
• Must be able to walk and stand continuously. Ability to lift minimum 30 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
