Department: Hotel Housekeeping
Position: Splash Village Housekeeper
Reports To: Housekeeping Supervisor
Function: To ensure every guest room is cleaned in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Work Performed:
• Maintain cleaning carts.
• Maintain clean rooms.
• Make beds.
• Clean all areas of guest rooms in accordance with Zehnder’s standard and expectations.
• Report maintenance problems.
• Maintain cleaning supplies.
• Communicate effectively with Front Desk, Housekeeping Attendant, and Supervisor.
• Take care of daily projects as specified in the standard operating procedures.
• Provide friendly interaction with guests.
• Any other tasks or duties as assigned by management.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods of time and to lift 30 lbs.
Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
Other Requirements: Available weekends and holidays
Age Requirements: Must be at least 16 years of age or older
