Position: Human Resource Assistant
Report To: Human Resources Manager
Function: Assist Human Resource Coordinator and Human Resources Manager in day-to-day functions.
Work Performed:
- Call applicants to schedule interviews
- Send out reminder texts for applicants daily and for orientation when needed
- Help Interview when needed
- Fill out and Input I-9 form
- Keeping all personnel forms stocked
- Scanning and filing of counseling, illness, transfer forms, etc.
- Publish the service anniversary page for the break rooms each month
- Managing boards in breakrooms and distributing notices & coupons
- Prepare folders and help set up Orientation. Assist with the presentation and touring of the properties
- Manage Old/Current I-9s
- Ensure all files are up to date and filter through if necessary
- Employee of the Month/ Supervisor of the Quarter
- Send out birthday emails and service anniversary emails each month.
- Assist other employees with requests (nametags, timecards, etc.)
- Special projects as needed
- Employee Newsletter- What’s Cooking: creation and distribution
- Other tasks or duties as assigned or directed
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
Other Qualifications: Excellent computer skills, high level of professionalism, high regard for confidentiality, high level of self-motivation, and attention to detail. Thursday and Saturday required, other days as needed. Experience in hospitality.
Age Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older.
