Position: Human Resource Assistant
Report To: Human Resources Manager

Function: Assist Human Resource Coordinator and Human Resources Manager in day-to-day functions.

Work Performed:

  1. Call applicants to schedule interviews
  2. Send out reminder texts for applicants daily and for orientation when needed
  3. Help Interview when needed
  4. Fill out and Input I-9 form
  5. Keeping all personnel forms stocked
  6. Scanning and filing of counseling, illness, transfer forms, etc.
  7. Publish the service anniversary page for the break rooms each month
  8. Managing boards in breakrooms and distributing notices & coupons
  9. Prepare folders and help set up Orientation. Assist with the presentation and touring of the properties
  10. Manage Old/Current I-9s
  11. Ensure all files are up to date and filter through if necessary
  12. Employee of the Month/ Supervisor of the Quarter
  13. Send out birthday emails and service anniversary emails each month.
  14. Assist other employees with requests (nametags, timecards, etc.)
  15. Special projects as needed
  16. Employee Newsletter- What’s Cooking: creation and distribution
  17. Other tasks or duties as assigned or directed

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
Other Qualifications: Excellent computer skills, high level of professionalism, high regard for confidentiality, high level of self-motivation, and attention to detail. Thursday and Saturday required, other days as needed. Experience in hospitality.
Age Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older.
